Apartment 270 Winter

Our largest apartment, 70 m², with an additional spacious loft, accommodates 4 to 8 people. It features a large living area, kitchen, two double bedrooms, loft with double bed, two bathrooms, and a south-facing balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor!

- Kitchen: pots, dishes, cutlery, electric hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and mokka pot, sandwich maker, dishwasher with detergent, sugar, and salt; an oven is available on request

- Minimum stay during the high season: 7 nights, low season: 3 nights
- We prefer Saturday as the day of arrival
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time!
- Departure should be by 9:00 am
- Dogs are allowed on request/for a fee
- If there is any damage in the apartment or on the farm, we kindly ask you to inform us. Any costs incurred will be covered by the guest
- Smoking is not permitted in our apartments
- We attach great importance to waste separation
- From 21 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable
- From 14 days before arrival, in the case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount will be charged
